Apple: The spin machine
A 98% satisfaction rating is an incredible high number. One conclusion I draw from this is that customers are not satisfied with the iPad because Apple did such a good job marketing it, customers are satisfied with the iPad because it is a great product, a really really great product! Marketing spin can not buy customer survey satisfaction ratings.
